Not everyone wants to watch video through their web browser, or when connected to the internet. EaseUS Video Downloader provides you with the means to download video and audio from a wide variety of sites and platforms – including YouTube, Vimeo and popular social media sites like Facebook and Instagram.

It’s incredibly easy to use: the program offers a Quick Search tool, which allows you to perform keyword-based searches of YouTube for possible videos or click one of the featured links on its homepage to browse a supported video or audio service.

Select a video or audio track, then click the blue Download button and wait for EaseUS Video Downloader to analyse it. If the program detects a playlist, it’ll give you the opportunity of downloading everything in it – up to a maximum of 50 files.

You’ll then be given a choice of video (MP4) and audio (MP3 or WAV), plus various resolution levels based on the maximum supported resolution, all the way up to 4K and 8K on supported videos. Choose where to save the video, include a thumbnail and subtitles, and finally click Download to save it.

EaseUS Video Downloader also allows you to paste in up to 50 web links to directly download video and audio tracks, plus supports downloading YouTube video as an audio-only file in MP3 format. There’s also a ‘Video to MP3’ option that allows you to convert existing video files to MP3 too, supporting a wide range of input formats including MP4, MKV, AVI and XVID.

By default, up to three files can be downloaded simultaneously, but you can easily increase the number on a fast internet connection via the program’s settings.

The trial version allows you to download two videos for free, and then you’ll need to purchase a subscription, with monthly, annual and lifetime options available.
